For contest preppers like me, its pancakes that work with your prep, with out messin it up.
To make mixing easier you can take the 1/2c of quick oats and grind it up in a coffee grinder.
For the Prep-Cakes, mix the egg whites, protein, and oatmeal. Also add enough water to make it however thick you would like it, the thicker the bigger the pancake, the thinner you can make more of a crepe. **Easiest way to mix it is in a Blender Bottle. Just shake it up and pour**
Heat a pan to about medium, itll be easier if you spray it with some olive oil spray, coconut oil spray so you can flip it without it sticking. pour the mix on the pan when its heated then flip when ready(about 3-5 mins) and BOOM you got guilt free, contest prep edible pancakes. makes about 4 thin pancakes, it depends on how much you pour on the pan.
For the "syrup" take the Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl(you can use whatever protein you want as well) and mix it with enough water to make it syrupy but not too watery.
