Kick your buttery buffalo chicken wing cravings and make this as your gameday meal or snack instead! High protein & low carb!
In a crock pot combine garlic, onions, celery and chicken breasts, then pour broth overtop.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken from pot and save 1 cup of the broth, disregard the remainder.
Shred your breasts with two forks then return it to the crock pot and pour your saved broth and 1 cup of Frank's Red Hot over top.
Set the pot to high again and cover for an additional 30 minutes.
To prepare the wraps:
Place 1/2 cup buffalo in each leaf (2 leafs per serving)
Top with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar.
Add a dollop of Greek yogurt and 1/4 chopped avocado and enjoy the game!!!
