Pizza doesn't exactly get a pass for clean eating but when you do it right it sure can!

² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
  •  1/4 cup Egg White
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Goya Black Beans
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Tostitos Medium Salsa
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 4 oz) Perdue Lean Ground Turkey
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Mrs. Dash Table Blend
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 2 1/2 tbsp) Now Foods Flax Seed Meal
   

q Directions

Crust:
unflavored protein powder
liquid egg whites
Flax Meal
Table blend Mrs. Dash ~ to taste

Toppings:
Medium Salsa
Goya Black Beans
Ground Turkey (cooked in saucepan ahead of time)
Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix ingredients together using a whisk to break up the protein powder
Cook crust first on stove top in oven safe pan~
Lightly sprayed with olive oil misted pan and cook as if it is a pancake

Add toppings

After adding toppings place in oven for 10 minutes Take it out and enjoy!!!
