These are my No-Bake Pumpkin Coconut Bars, and yes, they taste as mouthwatering as they look!!! I canâ€™t even use words to explain how delicious they are-you just HAVE to try them for yourselves! AND since they're no-bakeâ€¦ there's NO EXCUSES to NOT try!!! A perfect fall treat!
Combine all ingredients in food processor, except water.
Process until well combined.
If too thick or grainy, add the water.
Press into a loaf pan (Mine covered about 3/4 of the pan) lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, until firm.
Cut into bars (I cut into 8) and devour!
Store in fridge or freeze for later.
