³ Description

Healthy chocolate cups! What more can you ask for...

² Ingredients

  •  2.5 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) 365 Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Trader Joe's 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  •  5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Strawberry Jam
  •  3.5 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  •  9 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

q Directions

Melt down coconut oil and whisk in cacao powder and maple syrup. Add a small spoonful of melted chocolate to silicone cups (or mini muffin liners) and make sure to roll the chocolate around so that it fully covers the sides. Put in fridge to set. After about 20 minutes take the cups out and add about 2 teaspoons each of peanut butter followed by jelly and top with another small spoonful of melted chocolate (reheat the chocolate if needed on the stove for just a few minutes). Set them back in the fridge to rest overnight (or if you cannot wait – 30 minutes in the freezer should do the trick!)

Yea, it’s really that easy. Enjoy!
