Topping:

3/4 cup raspberries
2tbsp PB2
3tbsp almond milk

Recipe: 1c oat flour. 1/2c vegan vanilla protein powder. 2tsp baking powder. 2tsp vanilla. Dash of cinnamon. 4tbs apple sauce. 1/2c + 6 tbs almond milk. 1tsl lemon zest. 1/4 cup raspberries. Whisk everything together in a bowl and make your pancakes like usual
