³ Description

Easy to whip up when you need a healthy, high protein meal on the run!

² Ingredients

  •  1 can (6.5 oz), drained Tuna in Water (Canned)
  •  1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes
  •  1/4 fennel bulb Fennel Bulb
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
  •  1 dash Salt
  •  1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  •  1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
   

q Directions

Shred the carrot, minced the tomatoes and cut the fennel in thin strips. If you have a mandolin, that would work great for the fennel. Mix the vegetables in with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy on your favorite bread, or on top of a big salad.
