Preheat oven to 365 degrees.
Grate zuchinni and chop veggies and place in a pan. Saute all together until a little bit soft.
Take turkey and place into a big bowl. Season it with desired seasonings and then add the veggies from the pan.
Mix and fold all together and scoop onto parchment paper in little 'balls'.
Place in oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until the juices run clear. (Place a meat thermometer in one to test it and see if internal temperature is ready).
