Healthy guiltfree sugarfree all natural goodness in each bite!

² Ingredients

  •  3 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana
  •  6 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill Spelt Flour
  •  1.5 cup Milk (Nonfat)
  •  2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Adams 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  •  1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  •  2 serving (serving = 12 pieces) Green & Black's Organic 85% Dark Chocolate
  •  1.5 tsp Baking Powder (Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Double Acting)
  •  0 tsp Baking Soda
   

q Directions

1. Heat your oven at 180C
2. Mix the following:
- 1 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1 1/2 cup + 1tbsp milk of choice
- 3 mashed ripped bananas
- 1/4 cup of chunky peanut butter
- 1/4 - 1-2 cup of dark chocolate chunks (your preference)
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

3. Bake for 40 mins and enjoy when cool! ( if you have the willpower to wait till then!)
