q Directions

For the Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix together your quinoa flakes and spices in a bowl
- Place your egg whites in a separate bowl
- Dip each breast in the egg whites then coat all over in the breading mixture.
- Place chicken on a foil covered pan after spraying with cooking spray
- Bake for 20-22 minutes

For the Waffles:
- While your chicken is cooking, prepare the waffle
- Ground your oats to a flour
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Blend in wet ingredients to batter consistency
- Cook in waffle maker

Finally - drizzle your syrup over top and enjoy!
