Light & Sweet Lettuce Wraps

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cubic inch Goat Cheese
  •  1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  •  1/2 apricot Apricots
  •  1 leaf Red Cabbage
  •  1 tbsp Honey
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 6 leaves) Kroger Romaine Hearts
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Perdue Boneless Chicken Breast
   

q Directions

Cut Chicken into 4 pieces.
Season With Garlic Powder & Saute in Coconut Oil until cooked through.
Pour Honey over Chicken and cook for about 2 minutes more.
Remove from pan and nestle in a piece of Cabbage layered with Romaine.
Top with Apricot Slivers & Goat Cheese.
