These treats are strictly for cheat days and are not to be consumed in excess especially if one is watching their sugar content.

² Ingredients

  •  1 oz Almond Butter
  •  1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  •  1 cup, whole or halves Macadamia Nuts
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Maple Grove Farms Organic Pure Maple Syrup
  •  1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) International Delight Vanilla Spiced Rum Coffee Creamer
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp) Tone's 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
   

q Directions

Combine almond butter and maple syrup in saucepan over low heat until caramel texture forms, then stir in macadamia nuts and other ingredients (except chocolate chips).

Take out of saucepan using an ice cream scoop and place individual portions on parchment paper in the freezer for 10 mins.

When clusters are ready, melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate over low heat and drizzle on these babies with toppings of choice. Place back in freezer for an hour and enjoy when ready!
