A quick 2 ingredient bread that is naturally free of gluten, grains, dairy, soy, corn, and sugar! So simple to make too.

² Ingredients

  •  7 oz Plantains
  •  2 large Egg (Whole)
   

q Directions

Blend one whole plantain, about 7 -8 oz in a blender. Add in two whole eggs. Blend until combined. Bake in 350 degree in a circle pan that is lightly greased with coconut oil. Bake for about 25- 30 minutes.
