WOAH Fitfam! These are great to satisfy a salty craving–totally guilt free! Baked, not fried, and you'll never find fries that pack this much protein!

² Ingredients

  •  1 tsp Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 second spray) Great Value Olive Oil Cooking Spray
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/4 tsp.) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/5 package) Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu
   

q Directions

6oz firm/extra firm tofu (about 1/2 package), pressed for at least 1 hour and then cut into strips olive oil cooking spray mrs dash garlic & herb salt ketchup/sriracha

Preheat oven to 375F.

Spray pressed tofu sticks with olive oil cooking spray and season to taste with mrs dash and salt (or seasonings of choice!). Turn sticks to be sure to season both sides.

Cook 12-15 minutes on each side (flipping so entire stick can cook and brown!) Serve with ketchup, sriracha, or condiment of choice!
