Gluten Free Tuna Fish Sandwich WITHOUT MAYO!!! Low Fat, Low Carb, All Natural!

² Ingredients

  •  3 thin/small slice Tomatoes
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/4 cup chopped Celery
  •  2.5 serving (serving = 2 oz drained) StarKist Foods Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water
  •  0.15 serving (serving = 1 cup) Trader Joe's Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kroger Red Wine Vinegar
  •  0.06 cup, chopped Red Onions
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 1/2 cup) Trader Joe's Just The Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 pieces) Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread
   

q Directions

Mix together celery, purple onion, yogurt, red wine vinegar, and pepper in a bowl, set aside. Drain can of tuna and combine with other ingredients, mix well. Spread mixture on toasted slice of bread or Romaine lettuce leaf, top with tomato slices and serve :)
