In a Bowl, Mix:

1/2 Cup Almond Meal

1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 TB Ground FlaxSeed

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Large Egg

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Fold in 1/2 Cup Shredded Sweet Potato (Lightly Steamed) and 1 Whipped Egg White

Cook on a Flat Non-Stick Griddle
