A LOVEly, nutritious treat. Eat it all as a full meal, or share with a loved one for a snack. Have fun playing with your food!

q Directions

For the oatmeal; mash 1 small banana with 1 T peanut butter. I used Earth Balance Coconut peanut butter. Once combined, I added a few drops of red food coloring (optional), 3 drops of coconut flavored stevia, 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, and 2 T shredded coconut. Everything was mixed well and a few extra drops of food colorinf added for some extra fun. Bake in an oven safe dish at 175C For 7-8 minutes. As always, oven temperatures vary so keep an eye on it.

Optional "Frosting" is 1T of strawberry whey mixed with 3/4T of water. :)
