In a small bowl, sift together oat flour, coconut flour, Natvia and baking powder.
Whisk together egg, vanilla and milk in a separate bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then allow batter to rest for 5 minutes.
While your batter is resting, preheat waffle iron.
Fold diced cherries into batter. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray, then cook waffles in batches until all batter has been used.
Serve immediately with extra cherries and a dusting of cacao powder.
