A frozen protein treat great for after a workout, dessert, or snack!

q Directions

Mix protein powder, mashed banana, coconut flour, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Slowly add small quantities of water until a desired consistency is reached (you want it to be firm thoroughly mixed)

Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour

You can also add a layer of melted unsweetened bakers chocolate mixed with stevia on top if you can afford the calories.
