Gluten free Pumpkin waffles
1 cup buckwheat
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup tapioca flour(aka cassava or arrowroot)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tablespoon date syrup or molasses

Put all the ingredients in the mixer or blender and you get a uniform mixture .. The color will be like a chocolate.
Then put in the waffle machine by follow the instruction in the machine
