Moist, delicious and spiced pumpkin pancakes!

q Directions

Separate egg white from the yolk. Whisk egg white and 5 drops vanilla stevia drops until stiff. Set aside.

In a bowl mix: egg yolk, pumpkin puree, fresh orange juice, vanilla whey, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg.

add the egg white and gently stir together. use coconut oil for cooking.

For topping combine powdered erythritol and greek yogurt (add water if needed). Top with walden farms sugar free pancake syrup.
