Simple, clean, DELICIOUS!

² Ingredients

  •  3 cloves Garlic
  •  10 medium Mushrooms
  •  1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
  •  1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Sweet Red Peppers
  •  1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  10 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Lilydale Extra Lean Ground Turkey
   

q Directions

1. Brown turkey on medium heat, strain, then set aside.
2. Saute diced onion, minced garlic, chopped pepper, and sliced mushrooms in olive oil.
3. Add back turkey, season with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and other spices of choice.
4. Option: add sriracha and/or ketchup
5. Serve on salad and top with salsa, or eat as a wrap!
