Turkey Sausages are low in calorie, high in protein and delicious to boot! Fire up your BBQ and get these things going.

² Ingredients

  •  1 serving (serving = 1 link) Jennie-O Lean Turkey Italian Sausage
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 bun) President's Choice PC Thins Multi-Grain Round Buns
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Sweet Red Peppers
   

q Directions

1. Cook Sausages using desired method (BBQ, Pan Cooked) until fully cooked. While cooking sausages, sautee a red pepper in another pan.

2. Once sausage and peppers are done, put sausage in the bun, layer with hot peppers

Optional: Top with your favourite sauces, be sure to count those towards the macros as well.
