A healthy southwestern version of nachos using ground turkey and fresh ingredients to make this spicy and delicious meal!

² Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup, NFS Tomatoes
  •  1 tablespoon Salsa
  •  1/4 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Daisy Light Sour Cream
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tsp dry mix) McCormick 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
  •  1 serving (serving = 14 chips) Trader Joe's Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn (No Salt Added)
  •  1 serving (serving = 4 oz) Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Black Beans Reduced Sodium
   

q Directions

Brown your ground turkey in a sautee pan. Add 2 tsp. of taco seasoning and 1/8 cup of water and simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened.

Meanwhile, warm up your beans and corn in a small microwave safe bowl.

Add your ground turkey and all the other ingredients on top of your organic tortilla chips.

Top with sour cream and salsa.
