A healthy southwestern version of nachos using ground turkey and fresh ingredients to make this spicy and delicious meal!
Brown your ground turkey in a sautee pan. Add 2 tsp. of taco seasoning and 1/8 cup of water and simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
Meanwhile, warm up your beans and corn in a small microwave safe bowl.
Add your ground turkey and all the other ingredients on top of your organic tortilla chips.
Top with sour cream and salsa.
