Delicious, healthy, and the flavour possibilities are endless! Use it as a dip for veggies, bread, or even a healthier sandwich spread!

² Ingredients

  •  2 tsp Cumin
  •  2 tbsp Lemon Juice (Canned or Bottled)
  •  240 g Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned)
  •  2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
  •  3 tsp Minced Garlic
  •  1 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Arrowhead Mills Organic Sesame Tahini
   

q Directions

Hummus is awesome as its super easy, healthy, and delicous! Simply dump the following in a food processor and pulsecontinuously until smooth; 1 can chickpeas (drain all but the bottom inch of liquid from the can), 2T tahini, 2T olive oil, 2T lemon juice , 2T minced garlic (can use less if you don't like a strong garlic flavour!), a splash of hot pepper juice (optional), 2t cumin, dash of pink sea salt. Optional - Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, italian herbs and paprika.
