² Ingredients

  •  2 tablespoon Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  2 lb Baby Carrots
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 container) ShopRite Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt

1. Boil carrots for about 25-30 mins (or til desired tenderness)
2. Remove carrots from pot and carefully drain (unless you want watery "potatoes")
3. Mash carrots
4. Mix in all ingredients
