How can you go wrong with peanut butter and bananas?!

² Ingredients

  •  1/3 cup Oat Bran
  •  1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Chia Seeds
  •  1 oz Peanut Flour (Low Fat)
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Kroger Unsalted Peanuts

Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Then add in 1/3 cup oat bran, 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp peanut flour. When there is almost no water left, mix in 2 egg whites and mix vigorously until blended and cooked through.
Then add 1/2 a mashed banana and mix it in. Top with 1/8 cup unsalted peanuts.
