Microwave sweet potato until cooked. Remove skin (and eat it) and then mash the rest of the sweet potato in a large bowl.
Open and drain both cans of chicken. Break up with a fork. Add to sweet potato. Also add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix up well.
divide into 8 patties and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 for 35ish minutes.
Top with salsa, siracha sauce, and/or mustard. Or anything else you desire :D
