A delicious trifle filled with healthy-yet-dessert-like foods that is perfect for any time of day!

² Ingredients

  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Naturegg Simply Egg Whites
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium) Dole Bananas
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Maranatha No Stir Creamy Almond Butter
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 level scoop) Smart Powders Chocolate Whey
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 bar) Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Bob Evans Mashed Sweet Potatoes
   

q Directions

Layer 1: Cook sweet potato in microwave in four-minute increments until soft. Scoop out the flesh and mash.
Layer 2: Cook egg whites in a pan.
Layer 3: Slice banana and place on top of egg whites.
Layer 4: Crumble 1/2 of the quest bar and lay on top of banana slices.
Topping: Combine chocolate protein powder with water until viscous, and drizzle on top, along with almond butter.
