A super simple way to start your day off right, light and fluffy clean french toast! Might find yourself licking the plate with this one!
Mix together egg whites, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract on a large plate. Soak the two pieces of bread you have thoroughly and then put on large frying pan (on medium heat)
Cook all the way through, or until desired. Sprinkle on coconut flakes and drizzle with honey.
I added half a banana on top too.
