Amazing and filling meal in under 10 minutes.

² Ingredients

  •  2 cup Cauliflower
  •  1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  •  1/2 cup, chopped Red Onions
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Great Value Canned Sweet Peas
   

q Directions

Put 1/2 cup chopped onion and about 1 cup of "riced" raw cauliflower in a pan together with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and stir around for 7-8 min covering with a lid in between the strirring. I also added a little curry powder, garlic powder and salt. Once the rice is cooked and 1/3 cup of peas and mix. Done.
