An easy dinner solution that is full-flavoured and protein packed.
Cook your rice 45 minutes before making this meal!! Cut your chicken into bite size pieces.
Add sesame oil to a large wok or fry pan over high heat.
In a small bowl mix together soy sauce, garlic and vinegar.
Add chicken to pan and let that begin to cook through.
Add rice, and vegetables that you are using. Stir a couple of times and then add soy sauce mixture. Stir frequently.
Add in any remaining vegetables and eggs (if using). Stir until eggs are cooked.
Serve immediately and ENJOY!
